About the role#
The Innovative Medicine Commercial Leadership Development Program is a summer internship for MBA students. It focuses on developing leaders through challenging assignments and coaching. You will apply your business training to projects that impact the company. Upon successful completion, you will receive priority consideration for the full-time program.
What you'll do#
- Deliver insights and recommendations to shape strategy for complex business issues.
- Lead and execute product launches for the North America region.
- Create market access strategies using a multi-dimensional approach.
- Develop patient-focused fulfillment and adherence experiences.
- Collaborate across a matrixed organization to drive innovation.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited MBA program with a graduation date no later than June 2028.
- A minimum of 4 years of work or military experience.
- U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to relocate to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
