About the role#
As a publicity intern for Disney Entertainment Television, you will support communication efforts across brands like ABC Entertainment, Hulu Originals, and FX. You will rotate through different teams to assist with daily publicity tasks, campaign development, and event coordination. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Burbank, California, running from late September or early October 2026 through January 2027.
What you'll do#
- Compile daily press clips, reviews, and raves.
- Monitor media coverage and track entertainment news.
- Book talent travel and build detailed itineraries.
- Draft publicity materials such as press releases, loglines, and talking points.
- Provide on-site support for screenings, junkets, premieres, and press days.
- Participate in publicity brainstorms and contribute research for campaign development.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience in publicity, communications, or public relations through coursework or previous internships.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to research and identify relevant media opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A strong interest in television and the media industry.

Location & details#
- Location: Burbank, California.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. You must provide your own housing and transportation in the Burbank area.
