About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Nashville, Tennessee, for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site to provide administrative support to various departments and projects. This role involves performing routine tasks that align with a post-secondary business curriculum.
What you'll do#
- Prepare reports and track project results.
- Coordinate program developments.
- Answer the phone and relay messages.
- Edit documents and manage appointments.
- Handle routine inquiries from internal and external contacts.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Assist management with data analysis and research projects.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once.
