About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week summer internship program. You will work on-site with district managers to learn how they run multi-million dollar store operations. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to present a report on an operational area to ALDI executives. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time offer after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow a store manager or manager trainee to learn store operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, sales books, and invoices.
- Support inventory management, store resets, and grand openings.
- Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours.
- Prepare and deliver a presentation on an operational area to company executives.
- Participate in hiring activities, including interviews and orientations.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- A professional approach to attendance and company guidelines.

- Location: Faribault, Minnesota.
- This is a paid, full-time position at 40 hours per week.
