About the role#
This is a full-time, 10-week internship program based in Webberville, Michigan. You will gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations while working alongside staff and leadership. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Learn warehouse operations and collaborate with warehouse staff.
- Assist leadership with training, administrative tasks, and interview events.
- Support the Inventory Control Team with daily tasks.
- Participate in Waste Walks and Seven Step Problem Solving.
- Prepare a formal report and presentation on a specific area of warehouse operations for ALDI executives.
- Work with team members to build subject matter expertise.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.

- Location: Webberville, Michigan.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
- Commitment: 40 hours per week.
