About the role#
As a PRO & Services Operations Intern, you will join the team overseeing installation, warranty, and service programs. You will work on real-world projects that impact service delivery and operational efficiency for our customers. This role provides direct exposure to how operational analytics influence decision-making at a large scale.
What you'll do#
- Analyze operational performance data for service programs.
- Build reports and dashboards to track key metrics for installation and warranty services.
- Support projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
- Gain exposure to vendor and partner management within services operations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- A 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, plus familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in data analysis or a leadership role within a campus organization or workplace.
- A genuine interest in operations, process improvement, or customer service.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our headquarters in Mooresville, North Carolina.
- The program runs for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
- Interns are eligible for the Lowe's housing benefit and a 10% associate discount.
