About the role#
As a PRO Services Reporting Intern, you will support the teams that serve our professional customers, including contractors and tradespeople. You will analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements. This role focuses on turning data into strategies that drive business decisions. You will work directly with industry experts to gain practical experience through projects that contribute to our operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze reporting and performance metrics related to Pro and Services business operations.
- Develop dashboards and reports to improve visibility into key performance indicators.
- Support optimization projects to improve processes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business goals.
- Gain experience in data visualization, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the experience of Lowe’s Pro customers.
- Drive sales enablement innovation by optimizing tools and technology to improve efficiency for sales teams.
- Gather insights from business partners, shape business cases, and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work with technology teams to execute and deliver end-to-end solutions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization.
- Relevant internship or experience in data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
