About the role#
As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting financial decisions that influence the success of a major retailer. You will work alongside experienced professionals to analyze business performance, track financial metrics, and support forecasting and budgeting efforts. This role provides exposure to how finance powers enterprise-level decisions and contributes to organizational growth.
What you'll do#
- Support financial decisions and analyze business performance.
- Track financial metrics and support forecasting and budgeting efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with teams including merchandising, supply chain, and technology.
- Interpret financial statements and key performance metrics.
- Track performance across business units using reporting and dashboard tools.
- Support strategic business initiatives and priorities.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships.
- Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization is preferred.
- Previous internship or experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
