About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field. You will work on-site for 40 hours per week to learn how ALDI operates. This role provides hands-on experience working with district managers. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time employment opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow a store manager or manager trainee to learn the fundamentals of store operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, sales book, memo verification, and processing invoices.
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and orientations.
- Conduct customer walks and store tours to learn about customer satisfaction.
- Prepare a formal report and presentation on an operational area for ALDI executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Business or a related field.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.

- Compensation: Paid position at $28.00 per hour with overtime eligibility.
