About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Operations Management. You will work 40 hours per week in a full-time capacity. Successful completion of the program may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow a store manager or manager trainee to learn how store operations function.
- Help with administrative tasks such as payroll, invoices, memo verification, and the sales book.
- Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and orientations.
- Support inventory management, store resets, and grand openings.
- Research an operational area to create a report and presentation for company executives.
- Learn company policies and procedures while maintaining store standards.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business or a related field.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- A professional approach to attendance and meeting objectives.

- Compensation: $28.00 per hour plus eligibility for overtime.
