About the role#
This internship offers college students hands-on experience in international business. You will gain exposure to customer service, supply chain planning, quality management, logistics, and purchasing. You will work with SAP software and support various export supply chain operations. This is a paid, full-time role.
What you'll do#
- Create and update training and process documents for International Customer Service.
- Investigate and resolve customer or quality issues using our incident reporting system.
- Assist with the documentation and compliance of export shipments.
- Process invoices related to ocean freight and export logistics.
- Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
- Collaborate on projects across marketing, sales, product management, and supply chain teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or higher in a Supply Chain or Business degree program.
- A detail-oriented approach with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to draft clear training materials.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.

- Format: Hybrid (on-site presence required at the corporate office).
- Term: Summer 2027 through Spring 2028.
