About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship based at our headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will participate in a structured rotational program designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including Total Rewards, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics. You will work on-site to support our teams with ongoing projects and core HR operations.
What you'll do#
- Participate in rotations through various HR departments and support ongoing team projects.
- Conduct research and provide insights to improve HR processes.
- Manage administrative tasks such as document processing and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Assist with compensation and benefits programs, including wellness initiatives and enrollment.
- Research industry trends regarding rewards strategies.
- Support the Organization Design team in analyzing structures, job analysis, and change management.
- Help develop onboarding processes and new hire orientations.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- A strong interest in talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and learn in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR software, HRIS, or data visualization tools is a plus.
