About the role#
This role supports the Walt Disney World Theme Parks Operations team. You will help preserve the Guest and Cast experience by managing park construction projects from development and planning through implementation and opening. You will work to minimize disruption during these projects.
What you'll do#
- Handle assigned projects and provide updates to key collaborators.
- Develop presentation materials and maintain project documentation including schedules, maps, and photos.
- Perform site walks to verify show conditions.
- Partner with internal and external clients and Guests.
- Compile and distribute notes from meetings and blueprint document reviews.
- Support Project Managers with various tasks and represent the Park team in meetings to influence partners.
- Communicate project information across the park and build relationships with Cast and operating areas.
What you'll need#
- Proven planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and influencing abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
- Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
- Experience delivering outstanding Guest Service.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Accountability for handling confidential information.
- Willingness to learn new software applications and knowledge of Walt Disney World theme parks.
Location & details#
- Location: Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 to June 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: $22.50 per hour.
- Majors: Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, possess unrestricted work authorization, and be enrolled in an accredited college or university. You must provide your own housing and transportation.
