About the role#
The Park Operations Attractions team provides expertise to 18 attraction areas across the four Walt Disney World theme parks. This team manages procedural changes, documentation updates, and operational safety improvements. As an intern, you will report to the Senior Manager of Attractions and support daily operations and sustainment efforts.
What you'll do#
- Compile and summarize near miss events from various attraction areas.
- Review reported events to identify emerging trends.
- Review audit reports and prepare presentations for quarterly meetings with Operations partners.
- Collaborate with teams in the parks and the Engineering department to collect data on safety and consistency.
- Update attraction scorecards when procedures change.
- Assist with daily turnover audits and checklist retention audits.
- Track action items to completion using internal tools and follow up with Operations teams as needed.
- Distribute monthly audit results.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new information quickly and apply it to your work.
- Skill in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail when synthesizing large amounts of data.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to maintain a consistent, full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week.
- Compliance with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 through June 2027).

- Compensation: $22.10 per hour.
