The Human Resources Internship at CEC Entertainment provides hands-on, real-world experience designed to support career development. Interns have the opportunity to observe daily operations, shadow team members, and collaborate across various departments within the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support employee initiatives and assist in planning company events.
- Develop training materials and update onboarding processes.
- Assist with the full cycle recruiting process, including managing candidate communications and updating applicant tracking systems.
- Support administrative reporting and HR operations tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.

- Location: Irving, Texas (Support Center).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Terms: Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Summer 2027.
