About the role#
This internship provides real-world experience across various Human Resources functions within the entertainment industry. Interns will observe operations, shadow team members, and collaborate across departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR practices. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Support employee initiatives and assist in planning company events.
- Develop training materials and update onboarding processes.
- Assist with the full cycle recruiting process, including candidate communication and data management.
- Utilize HR information systems and administrative tools to support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.

- Location: Irving, Texas (On-site).
- Terms: Fall 2026, Winter 2027, or Summer 2027.
