About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Human Resources department at our corporate support center. You will gain exposure to various HR functions, including generalist tasks and talent acquisition. This is a paid, full-time opportunity designed to help you build professional skills in a corporate environment.
What you'll do#
- Support daily employee initiatives and company programs.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Create and update training materials.
- Help improve onboarding processes for new hires.
- Participate in the full cycle recruiting process, including candidate communication and data management.
- Shadow team members and collaborate with different departments to observe HR operations.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- You must have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and reporting.
