Information Technology Internship

About the role#

This internship provides hands-on experience across various IT departments at our Support Center. Interns gain exposure to real-world network operations, quality assurance, and cybersecurity infrastructure. The program is designed to provide practical experience through cross-functional projects, team meetings, and a rotation across different IT disciplines.

What you'll do#

• Test and support crucial store systems, including POS, Kiosk, OLO, and DMB.
• Assist with software and hardware deployments while maintaining technical documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to team meetings.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security testing, and incident response support.
• Gain exposure to enterprise systems such as Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft Azure.
• Perform competitive analyses and present findings to leadership.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Software Development, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Knowledge of IT network operations, change management, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with security tools and conduct analytical research.
