About the role#
This internship provides real-world experience across various IT departments at the corporate support center. The program offers exposure to network operations, quality assurance, and cybersecurity infrastructure. Interns participate in team meetings, complete cross-functional projects, and present findings to leadership. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role with a rolling term of 10 to 13 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience testing store systems including POS, Kiosk, OLO, and DMB.
- Assist with software and hardware deployments while maintaining technical documentation.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security testing.
- Gain exposure to IT systems such as Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft Azure.
- Monitor network operations and support change management processes.
- Conduct competitive analyses and present findings to the team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Management Information Systems, Software Development, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Knowledge of IT network operations and change management principles.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and common security tools.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively.
