About the role#
As a Menu Planning Intern, you will join the Menu Planning and Partnership Planning group within the Global Creative Strategy Studio. You will support the team by analyzing experience development and performance data to inform creative investment decisions. This internship runs from January 2027 to June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Analyze experience development and performance data to provide insights for leadership.
- Source, input, and maintain product data for global park experience assets, including financial metrics and consumer insights.
- Identify data gaps and work with partners to improve management processes.
- Use analytical techniques like statistics and forecasting to identify trends.
- Create presentations that combine data with clear graphics and charts to share findings.
- Assist with research projects and the production of planning materials.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or Communications.
- Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong organization, editing, and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise formats.
- A strong eye for visual communication and graphic design.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with unrestricted work authorization.
- Preferred experience includes data visualization tools like Tableau or Airtable, and presentation software such as Keynote or PowerPoint.

- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Locations: Glendale, California or Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
- This role is on-site.
- You must be fully available for the duration of the program.
