About the role#
This internship offers a full-time, six-month opportunity to support the Labor Relations team. You will work on-site in either Anaheim, California, or Lake Buena Vista, Florida, from January 2027 through June 2027. The role focuses on supporting site-specific collective bargaining agreements, labor-management issue resolution, and daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Provide daily and project-related support to the Labor Relations team.
- Assist with logistics for negotiations and arbitrations.
- Support personnel with grievances, collective bargaining, and operations initiatives.
- Conduct legal research for internal and external audiences.
- Gather confidential information in response to inquiries.
- Archive and maintain department documents.
- Train as a backup for administrative functions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university, with a preference for students in their Junior or Senior year.
- Coursework or a major in Industrial and Labor Relations or a related field.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capability to manage fluctuating priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.

- Locations: Anaheim, CA and Lake Buena Vista, FL.
- Term: Winter/Spring 2027 (January through June).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Modality: On-site.
