About the role#
We are looking for a Services Intern to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. This position offers hands-on experience with service delivery, customer support, and operational processes. You will work on-site in Westerville, Ohio, and gain exposure to how we support our customers and maintain service standards.
What you'll do#
- Provide frontline support to customers through various channels.
- Support service delivery processes to ensure requests are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for service activities, customer interactions, and metrics.
- Participate in quality assurance tasks to ensure our work meets established standards.
- Use Power BI to build dashboards, generate reports, and visualize key service data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Business Administration, Customer Service, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards and reports.
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the team.
