About the role#
The Operations Intern Associate I will work across the organization to build reporting and dashboards. These tools inform business decisions about service delivery, resource planning, and pipeline management. You will assist with business analysis to improve process efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Analyze internal processes to find efficiency gains in service delivery.
- Build AI agents to automate manual tasks.
- Improve existing reporting on pipeline management.
- Create models to help with resource planning and utilization.
- Collaborate with teams to develop dashboards and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
- Experience with AI models through work or organizational involvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and oral communication skills for presentations.
