About the role#
The Global Services Intern will support the newly launched Global Consulting Services organization. You will work with consulting leaders and practitioners to develop a best-practices and continuous improvement framework. The goal is to identify ways to standardize service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and support the growth of the consulting team.
What you'll do#
- Assess existing consulting engagements across the portfolio.
- Document current delivery approaches, tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Identify common success factors and repeatable best practices.
- Analyze delivery challenges and organizational blind spots.
- Develop recommendations for improving consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
- Create executive-level presentations and reports.
- Build a Global Consulting Services Playbook that includes a best practice repository and an engagement lifecycle framework.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and synthesize complex information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Location & details#
- This internship is based on-site in Westerville, Ohio.
- The term is Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
