About the role#
This is a six-month co-op program for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Strategic Insights & Analytics team to support the Innovative Medicine portfolio. The role focuses on helping sales and marketing teams by synthesizing secondary data and maintaining the integrity of reporting processes. You will gain practical business experience while applying your academic background to real-world data challenges.
What you'll do#
- Analyze secondary data sources to answer specific business questions.
- Build, refresh, and process performance trends using automated dashboards.
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver national and subnational reporting results.
- Conduct data investigations to ensure the accuracy and quality of information.
- Assist with market research projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration or Data Science.
- An analytical mindset with comfort working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work autonomously and a willingness to develop your analytical skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
- Locations are in Horsham, Pennsylvania or Titusville, New Jersey.
- You must reside within 30 miles of the office location.
