About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position based in Cincinnati, Ohio for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Medical Device Quality and Compliance Digital Solutions group at Ethicon, Inc. You will report to the Advanced Analytics Manager while collaborating with a team of data scientists, developers, and quality engineers to support digital solutions for medical device quality systems.
What you'll do#
- Perform software development and validation tasks to support digital quality systems.
- Collaborate with teams to implement customer-centric solutions for data analytics and process improvements.
- Apply various software development and lifecycle management techniques.
- Meet with Quality management to discuss project risks and opportunities.
- Participate in or lead on-campus activities, such as learning committees and volunteer events.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
- Completion of at least your second year of school by January 2027.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Familiarity with basic statistics concepts and terminology.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
