    About the role#

    The Supply Chain Operations Co-Op program is a six-month opportunity focused on practical industrial experience within the OTTAVA surgical robotics program. You will work with the Supply Chain Operations team to develop technical and communication skills while gaining exposure to capital equipment manufacturing processes. This role is based on-site and provides direct coaching, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

    What you'll do#

    • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test, R&D, and Quality Engineering teams to design, develop, document, and qualify manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical components.
    • Perform gap analysis for manufacturing and test processes.
    • Collect, analyze, and report process data.
    • Partner with external and internal suppliers to support key projects.
    • Lead small technical projects and process changes.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree.
    • Current standing as a junior or senior.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
    • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
    • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work daily.

    Location & details#

    • This position is located in Santa Clara, California.
    • The role is on-site only.
    • Terms are available for Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
    • This is a paid, full-time position.
