About the role#
As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you will work on real business challenges. You will contribute to projects that help our sales organization make data-driven decisions. You will join a team that provides hands-on training, coaching, and support. As your skills grow, you will take ownership of projects and share your recommendations with stakeholders and senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights into sales performance.
- Create reports to help the team understand performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to explore new requests and recommend solutions.
- Help manage and improve sales processes and systems, including the CRM.
- Share project outcomes and insights with stakeholders and leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data mining and analysis.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer.
- A GPA of 3.3 or higher, previous internship experience, or knowledge of Power BI, Python, or R are considered assets.
