About the role#
Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Marketing Co-Op for the Surgery Canada team. This position is a full-time, paid role based on-site in Markham or Toronto, Ontario. The term runs from January to August 2027.
What you'll do#
- Manage assigned portfolio brands while designing and executing product lifecycle strategies.
- Analyze market trends and data to support the marketing team in business decisions.
- Coordinate with supply chain and finance partners on product forecasting and demand planning.
- Support initiatives involving Key Opinion Leader relationships and customer insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Assist with internal and external ad-hoc requests as needed.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate study at an accredited university.
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 2.4 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Participation in an integrated co-op undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Previous internship or work experience is an asset, as is knowledge of the medical device or healthcare industries.

- Locations: Markham, ON and Toronto, ON.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to August).
- Status: Full-time (40 hours per week).
