About the role#
Marketing Strategy connects consumer insights to business objectives by leading go-to-market strategies for Walt Disney World Resort. This role focuses on driving consumer demand, visitation, and revenue goals. You will work within teams such as Domestic Audience Marketing, Florida Resident & Annual Pass Marketing, or Disney Resorts Collection. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in the Orlando area.
What you'll do#
- Support managers by building and implementing communication plans.
- Evaluate campaign creative and monitor tactical performance.
- Analyze consumer research results to identify trends.
- Interpret data to determine action plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies across emails, web content, and paid media.
- Lead projects to increase brand awareness and drive conversion.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in a marketing internship.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to develop presentation decks.
- Skill in using data analysis and consumer insights to tell a compelling story.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to handle conflict.
- Personal leadership skills and the initiative to solve business problems.
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time hours from January 2027 through June 2027.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June).
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
- Requirements: You must provide your own transportation and housing in the Orlando area. You must also possess unrestricted work authorization.
