About the role#
BIC is seeking a motivated intern to join the team for the Fall 2026 term. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to contribute to marketing initiatives, support gifting programs, and assist with campaign execution. You will gain experience in a creative marketing environment while working on real projects.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and manage product gifting and seeding efforts.
- Monitor, track, and compile performance insights for the gifting program.
- Identify and vet creators who align with brand priorities.
- Help build monthly recap presentations to summarize performance.
- Support day-to-day team operations by coordinating cross-functional requests.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, PR, or a related field.
- You are based in NYC and able to commute to the office.
- You are available for the full internship period from September through December 18.
- You are familiar with social platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- You are comfortable tracking basic performance metrics and KPIs.
