About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Commercial Marketing Product Artist intern for the Summer 2027 term. This role supports the Commercial Business Unit by maintaining and updating the technical documentation library, including spec sheets, product data sheets, and reference materials. You will balance production work with a creative project to improve documentation standards.
What you'll do#
- Review existing technical documents to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Identify and flag outdated specs, gaps, or inconsistencies across product lines.
- Create and update documentation using established templates.
- Design new formatting standards or templates for specific documents.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical stakeholders to source and validate accurate content.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree, ideally as a Sophomore or Junior.
- Marketing major preferred.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
