About the role#
Revenue Growth Management (RGM) uses data and analytics to drive profitable growth for our brands and retail partners. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience analyzing pricing, promotions, product mix, and pack strategies. You will work in a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity and creative problem-solving.
What you'll do#
- Support analysis across pricing, promotions, product mix, and pack sizes to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support RGM strategies and key business initiatives.
- Assist in analyzing competitive and internal data to create reports that highlight key insights.
- Gain an understanding of how RGM decisions create value for consumers, shoppers, customers, and the business.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- A passion for numbers, data, analytics, and strategy.
- The ability to take initiative and work well with others.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Orrville, Ohio.
- This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to be onsite at least 9 days a month during core weeks.
