About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work on-site at our manufacturing facility in Oxnard, California. This role offers exposure to the day-to-day operations of an HR department, including compensation, benefits, labor relations, and staffing. You will work alongside management, office staff, quality control teams, and maintenance personnel to support our business goals.
What you'll do#
- Apply business concepts and principles to real-world situations.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing HR processes.
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.
- Assist with various duties as required by the department.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Human Resources or a related field.
- At least sophomore standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Availability to work 40 to 70 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and all shifts (day, night, and graveyard).
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Modality: 100% on-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour.
