About the role#
We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to join our Human Resources team for the Summer 2027 term. This position focuses on HRIS management and employee benefits administration. You will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, data management, and regulatory compliance. This role is based at our corporate headquarters in Middleton, Wisconsin.
What you'll do#
- Perform data audits and create governance procedures to ensure the accuracy of HRIS information.
- Maintain and update employee records within the system.
- Generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits and HRIS issues.
- Document existing HR processes and help develop improvements.
- Support the optimization of our HRIS system, including the development of training and communication materials.
- Assist with the global implementation of our HRIS platform for international locations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.
