About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Product Management Intern for Summer 2027. You will join the Product Management team in Middleton, Wisconsin, to gain professional experience through project support and cross-functional collaboration. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
What you'll do#
- Create a comprehensive competitive product assessment covering blinds and shades across major brands.
- Streamline the organizational system to improve accessibility to the assessment tool.
- Identify competitive gaps and specific areas for product improvement.
- Pinpoint company strengths to support training, sales, and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to produce key deliverables for roadmap updates.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree, preferably as a Sophomore or Junior.
- Majors in Marketing, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
