About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring an intern for our Information Technology team during the summer of 2027. This paid internship provides project support and hands-on work experience within the manufacturing industry. You will work with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to various roles throughout the organization.
What you'll do#
Your primary focus is to optimize IT operations visibility and monitoring. You will:
- Identify monitoring gaps where critical services lack coverage.
- Interview IT system stakeholders to gather information.
- Standardize monitoring across IT teams to increase visibility.
- Inventory all monitoring and alerting tools currently in use.
- Document tool owners, associated costs, supported systems, and business purposes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a 4-year degree program, ideally as a Sophomore or Junior.
- A major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer of 2027.
