About the role#
The Marketing Graphic Design Intern will join our Creative Services team to support the Fall 2027 product launch. You will help create visual assets for print, social media, web, and email campaigns. This role blends creative design work with market research, allowing you to see how a launch campaign moves from concept to final execution. You will work alongside copywriters, product managers, and other designers to produce on-brand content.
What you'll do#
- Research product lines for the Fall 2027 launch using primary and secondary sources.
- Identify consumer needs, trends, and technologies to inform your design work.
- Create visual assets for various channels including print, social media, web, and email.
- Attend team meetings and creative briefings to align on project goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners like copywriters and product managers.
- Incorporate feedback from senior team members into your designs.
- Suggest ways to adapt the brand voice for the current retail environment.
- Research and test AI tools to improve content creation workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- A portfolio that shows your design work in print or digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback to your work.
- Experience with social media, web, or email marketing assets is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
- Coursework or projects involving consumer research are helpful.
- Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or consumer products environment is a plus.
