About the role#
As a Brand Management Intern, you will act as a business owner for key brands. You will work to understand consumer behavior and implement strategies that connect with people at every touchpoint. This internship focuses on building leadership skills while you contribute to real business results.

- Connect with consumers through their entire experience, from learning about products to using them at home.
- Lead marketing and brand management projects that demonstrate your strategic capabilities.
- Participate in a mix of classroom training and hands-on work to build your marketing expertise.

What you'll need#
- You are a junior pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, with an expected graduation date in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- You have a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You show strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- You are comfortable leading complex projects and managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- You demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship based on-site at the Cincinnati General Offices in Ohio.
- The term lasts for 12 weeks during the Summer of 2028.
- Start dates are available on May 17, June 1, or June 14.
