About the role#
As a Design Co-op, you will support brand strategy and business objectives through hands-on design work. You will envision and execute solutions across packaging, product, and digital contexts. This is a full-time, paid position for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Partner with creative leaders, agency partners, and marketers to influence brand and design strategies.
- Partner with engineers and technologists to deliver innovation pipelines.
- Manage projects from end-to-end, starting with brainstorming and ideation through to prototyping and execution.
- Assess project requirements and create content that aligns with brand goals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university or college with a major in design.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence, design thinking, technical mastery, and presentation skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Summer 2027 (approximately May through August).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
