About the role#
This 12-week Manufacturing Internship offers hands-on experience within our production facilities. You will join the Product Supply team to solve real engineering problems, optimize processes, and collaborate with professionals on projects that support our consumer brands. This role is a full-time, paid position based on-site at one of our manufacturing locations.
What you'll do#
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on process optimization, loss elimination, and capability building.
- Support automation systems, industrial networks, and robotics integration.
- Develop solutions to improve product designs and streamline processes using data analytics.
- Contribute to capital projects and new initiatives from concept to execution.
- Assist with operational excellence through safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
- An anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
- Ability to complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
- Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
