About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to join the Research and Development team at Procter and Gamble. You will be involved in creating, reimagining, and launching innovations that impact consumer lives globally. You will receive ownership of specific projects starting from your first day and work alongside technical and commercial partners to advance business needs.
What you'll do#
- Find new ways to innovate, develop, and manufacture consumer products.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial partners to meet project goals.
- Translate consumer needs into product design parameters.
- Develop packages and devices for consumer products.
- Conduct modeling and simulation for R&D functions.
- Work in areas such as product formulation, process development, and data science.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a freshman, sophomore, or junior working toward a BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Data Science, or Psychology.
- Availability for a 12-week period during the summer of 2027.
- An overall G.P.A. of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
