About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is hiring a Sustainability Data Specialist intern for our Commercial Marketing team. This summer internship focuses on supporting our compliance and sustainability data efforts within the 3E platform. You will work to ensure our product data is accurate, complete, and ready for audits.
What you'll do#
- Audit and clean existing product data in 3E by correcting errors and standardizing entries.
- Upload and organize part-level data for components into the 3E platform.
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and guiding them through data submission requirements.
- Survey textile suppliers to verify that existing material composition, compliance, and sourcing data is current and accurate.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a 4-year degree, ideally as a Sophomore or Junior.
- A major in Marketing is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship located on-site in Long Island City, New York.
- The term for this role is Summer 2027.
