About the role#
The Iowa Wild Brand Merchandise Intern supports retail operations for the team. This role focuses on inventory management, game day store setup, and fan engagement. You will help maintain an organized shopping environment and support the execution of retail campaigns. This is a paid, part-time position requiring approximately 20-25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays for games and events. ## What you'll do
- Support daily and game day merchandise operations with accuracy.
- Assist with tasks for the Merchandise Operations Department, including tagging, barcoding, and launching new items.
- Organize and restock merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory counts.
- Fulfill e-commerce orders in a timely manner.
- Provide customer service to fans during games and online transactions.
- Assist with store setup and teardown on game days.
- Manage retail campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Operate POS and register systems for transactions.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in product photography and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- One year of retail experience is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, retail merchandising, or the sports industry is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and walking.

- Schedule: Must be available for all 2024-2025 Iowa Wild home games.
