About the role#
The Experiential Marketing Intern helps plan and run Minnesota Wild events throughout the year. You will work on fan programs, game day activations, and mascot appearances to build community connections. This role involves managing event assets and keeping the Wild Arcade running during home games.
What you'll do#
- Help develop and execute experiential marketing events.
- Serve as the onsite Event Lead for in-season and off-season events.
- Manage the Wild Arcade during all home games.
- Coordinate in-game activations on the concourses.
- Support mascot appearances and daily operations for the Kids Club.
- Maintain event assets and manage vendor relationships.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Previous experience in sports is a plus.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, walking, and bending.

- Schedule: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
