About the role#
We are looking for Undergraduate Marketing Interns to join our team for the summer of 2027. This 11-week program offers you the chance to work on a project with real business impact within an operating division or corporate marketing group. You will gain technical skills, expand your professional network, and experience our culture through mentorship and development programming.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a specific project within your assigned group.
- Partner with your manager, team, and stakeholders to research, review, and propose solutions to project objectives.
- Formally present your project overview, findings, and recommendations to Ecolab Marketing Leaders.
- Participate in summer programming focused on professional development and networking.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Your anticipated graduation date is December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- You have demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities.
- You possess project management skills, including strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- You can collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.
- You have strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The program begins on June 1, 2027.
- Locations are available in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and Naperville, Illinois.
- This role offers a hybrid work environment.
