About the role#
This is an 11-week paid internship program for Summer 2027 within the Food and Beverage division. You will gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry by working alongside existing Account Managers. This role provides a realistic preview of the Associate Account Manager position, with the potential for a full-time offer upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Work in customer plant environments to focus on food safety and quality.
- Learn the daily responsibilities of an Account Manager and complete value-added projects to present to leadership.
- Build professional relationships with plant staff.
- Repair, adjust, test, and install chemical dispensing systems and processing equipment.
- Monitor product performance and adjust chemical concentrations to improve efficiency.
- Provide training to customers regarding sanitation and standard operating procedures.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, or chemistry.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds chest high.
- Note: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
