About the role#
This 11-week paid internship program offers an opportunity to work on strategic projects within our marketing teams. You will gain exposure to senior leadership, network across the organization, and receive a realistic preview of the day-to-day life of an Ecolab associate. At the end of the summer, you will present your findings and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior management. Successful interns may be considered for a full-time Assistant Marketing Manager position upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Identify customer problems and opportunities to create new product development strategies.
- Develop segment and business reviews to ensure alignment on execution plans.
- Support sales growth, retention, and profitability through the planning and execution of marketing programs.
- Lead new product launches, including selecting target customers, developing value propositions, and setting pricing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to produce marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research, program development, and forecasting to support marketing strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA in Marketing with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- At least two years of professional work experience completed before starting your MBA.
- Strong project management skills, including analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work within diverse teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
