About the role#
The Lubrizol Performance Coatings team seeks a student for a cross-functional internship that combines strategic marketing with product stewardship. You will work on projects that improve our market understanding, support product information, and help guide portfolio decisions.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on markets, applications, and competitors to create clear business insights.
- Support product launches, digital content, and updates to product information.
- Manage regulatory data and maintain customer-facing product documentation.
- Assess regulatory changes and summarize the potential impact on our business and customers.
- Collaborate with teams in marketing, product stewardship, product management, and technical departments.
- Present your project recommendations and deliverables to business stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer or materials science, sustainability, marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working with data and ambiguity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Location & details#
- Location: Brecksville, Ohio.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time during summer 2027, with part-time hours (10 to 20 hours per week) during the fall 2027 and winter 2028 semesters.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship that includes paid holidays during your work period.
