About the role#
The Marketing Intern at D.S. & Durga supports daily operations across sales, marketing, and press. You will assist with tasks ranging from SKU onboarding and asset deployment to sample tracking and project coordination. This is a hands-on position for a self-starter who wants to gain experience at a creative fragrance house.
What you'll do#
- Support studio send-outs for PR, influencer, and account partners.
- Assist with international shipping coordination for retail accounts.
- Help coordinate lab sample send-outs and trade sampling logistics.
- Maintain and update product spec sheets in Excel for account partners.
- Contribute to 360-degree marketing campaigns, decks, and creative concepting.
- Distribute marketing and product assets to retail accounts.
- Manage studio inventory of samples, PR product, and print collateral.
- Support visual merchandising efforts and help manage outreach to retail partners, distributors, press, and influencers.
- Write and edit copy for campaigns and internal training materials.
- Collaborate with Digital, Finance, Operations, Creative, and Sales teams.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Excellent proofreading skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to identify issues and help find solutions.
- Interest in working cross-functionally with different teams and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite. Experience with Figma is a plus.

- This role is based on-site in Brooklyn, New York.
- This is a paid, part-time internship with a rolling term.
