About the role#
This is a temporary, part-time associate position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work 20-24 hours per week, supporting the marketing department through various analyst and communication initiatives. This role is based in Saint Petersburg, Florida, and offers a hybrid work modality.
What you'll do#
- Support teams in planning, developing, and executing marketing, communication, and analyst initiatives.
- Perform competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Complete projects focused on branding, content creation, and social media marketing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for various ad-hoc projects as assigned by the marketing team.
- Prepare and present project work while meeting delivery deadlines.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields like economics, psychology, statistics, or political science.
- Knowledge of business and marketing processes.
- Familiarity with project management, research, and analysis concepts.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a virtual or hybrid team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
