About the role#
The 2027 Clark Capital Mentoring/Internship Program is a 7-week, full-time summer program. It focuses on professional development, offering an overview of firm operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. You will gain exposure to asset management, finance, operations, sales, and technology.
What you'll do#
- Gain insights into various functional areas of the firm.
- Interact with team members and senior leadership.
- Receive coaching and constructive feedback to support your career development.
- Develop self-directed learning skills through reading, learning events, and collaboration with employees.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real-world situations through daily work tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuit of a degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, business administration, accounting, computer science, or data science.
- Preference for students in their junior or senior year.
- Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in finance or related areas.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, coding, and communication skills.
