About the role#
The Growth Marketing team acts as a bridge across our business units. You will help identify revenue opportunities through media buying, social content, and performance analytics. This internship offers hands-on experience with campaign execution and cross-functional strategy.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of paid and organic marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and performance goals for active campaigns.
- Bridge the gap between creative briefing and final production by translating performance insights into creative direction.
- Research and test new marketing platforms and formats through small-scale pilot programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A technical interest in marketing, specifically platform mechanics, campaign structure, and performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation concepts, or data analysis tools like Python or R is a plus.

- Location: Miami, Florida.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Modality: This is an on-site, part-time position requiring 10-29 hours per week.
- Compensation: $19 per hour.
